Proximal50’s Simply Healthy Wellness Retreat is designed to help you relax and reset your mind and body. Our team of Health and Wellness Pro’s – a Certified Wellness Coach, Registered Nurse and Registered Dietitian – will cover several total health topics.

Enjoy a light breakfast before the sessions start, relax mid retreat with a yoga class and stick around at the end for a bonus (and optional) cycle class.

Stress is a huge and often underappreciated factor in our health. It can impact your physical body much more than you might realize. Stress has been shown to increase the risk for heart disease and diabetes, affect your immune system, digestion and sleep. In this session, we will discuss strategies to both reduce stressors and also to improve your response to it.
