Acceleration treadmill and plyometrics training helps athletes move faster, jump higher, and be more agile. Using high performance treadmills and special plyometric platforms, Acceleration training:
- Improves running mechanics and movement patterns
- Trains both aerobic and anaerobic fitness
- Develops speed
- Increases power/force output

The P50 Athletics Acceleration program uses proven training protocols backed by science and years of experience training athletes of all ages, all levels, and from all sports. But each athlete is unique – goals, current training, schedules all vary. Parents and athletes are encouraged to visit with the P50 Athletics Program Director if you aren’t sure which package option is best for you.
