At-home Workouts
Exercise Physiologist, Lex Hubbard, created some at-home workouts anyone can do!
You can adjust each workout to fit your fitness level by: slowing down movements, speeding up, adding weights, adding reps/sets, taking out exercises if you are unable to complete without pain (or message us on HOW to do the exercise!).

Don’t have weights? We provided a list of a few household items you could add to these workouts as weights, or sliders.
