“There has been such a shift in exercise — especially for women. Resistance or strength training has long been thought of as a training style for athletes or those wanting to “bulk up.” However, strength training been proven to be beneficial for WOMEN of ALL AGES in helping to:
- Improve metabolic rate
- Maintain a healthy weight
- Increase bone strength
- Improve cardiovascular health
We partnered with our wellness friends at Proximal50 so you can learn how to do it right and with a purpose! We can talk about it all day at the clinic, but having someone to help you establish individualized goals and give you the start of plan to get there will make such a big difference.”

This Balance Medical exclusive package is designed to get you started at home or at the gym with a strength-based program that works for you. Here’s how it works:
- At your first session you will get a strength workout and go through it with your personal trainer.
- Then you will do that workout on your own for 2 – 3 weeks.
- At your second session you will get another workout to do on your own for 2 – 3 weeks.
- Then, at your final session, you will talk about what’s next and how to keep progressing + you’ll get a third workout to use on your own.
That’s three one-on-one sessions + three workouts to get you started!
