GROUP FITNESS PROTOCOL
- Space is limited. Online sign-up through the Proximal50 app opens 24 hours in advance. If class is full we encourage you to use the wait list feature. You can try and “drop-in” for class but preference will be given to those who registered online.
- If you are unable to make a class you are signed up for, please cancel through the app at least 90 minutes before the start of class.
- If there are not at least 3 people total (in-person & livestream) signed up 60 minutes prior to the start of class, class will be canceled. If there are no livestream participants signed up 30 minutes before the start of class, the instructor will not launch the livestream link.
- Please bring separate shoes that you use for indoor workouts. This helps keep our studio, equipment, and facility clean.
- EQUIPMENT CLEANING: After class your instructor will walk around and spray the equipment; participants will use hand sanitizer and then get a cleaning wipe to wipe down equipment and put equipment away.

BODYFLOW® | 55 minutes BODYFLOW ® EXPRESS | 45 min
Ideal for anyone and everyone! BODYFLOW® is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.
BODYPUMP™ | 55 minutes BODYPUMP™ EXPRESS | 30 or 45 minutes
BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
LES MILLS GRIT™ ATHLETIC| 30 minutes
GRIT ATHLETIC is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sports conditioning workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout often uses a step, bodyweight exercises and multi-dimensional sports conditioning training to increase your overall athletic performance: strength, agility, speed and power. Great music and inspirational coaches will motivate you to go harder to get fit, fast.

GRIT CARDIO is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. Powerful music and inspirational coaches who will motivate you to go harder to get fit, fast.
LES MILLS GRIT™ STRENGTH | 30 minutes
GRIT STRENGTH is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. Powerful music and inspirational coaching will motivate you to go harder to get fit, fast.
COREWORX | 30 minutes
30 minutes of true core training targeting glutes, abdominals, and low/mid/upper back. A strong core is the foundation to getting stronger, faster, and more fit!
PROXIMAL+ CARDIO (Proximal Plus) | 30 minutes
A safe and effective cardio training class designed for those 55+. This circuit-style class uses various exercises to improve cardio, strength, flexibility, and range of movement.
PROXIMAL+ CYCLE(Proximal Plus) | 30 minutes
A cycle class tailored for those 55+. Fun music + low impact training on a bike make this a fun & effective workout for all fitness levels. Options to adjust resistance and pace allow participants to level up or down as needed.
PROXIMAL+ PULSE (Proximal Plus) | 30 minutes
Proximal Pulse is our signature heart-rate training class held in The Warehouse @ Proximal50 Downtown. The Prox+ class is specficially for those 55+. There is a $5 fee for this class, sign-up in the app by changing the location when looking at the schedule.
PROXIMAL+ STRENGTH (Proximal Plus) | 45 minutes
A safe and effective strength and conditioning class designed for those 55+. This strength-based class uses body weight, dumbbells, bars, and bands to improve muscular strength and endurance, posture, and may even help prevent the loss of bone density.
PROXIMAL+ YOGA (Proximal Plus) | 55 minutes
Combining balance, flexibility, coordination, and bodyweight strength exercises for ages 55+. Proximal+ Yoga is a great to incorporate into your exercise routine.
P50 YOGA | 45 minutes
A combination of strength, flexibility, and breath control. Mix up your gym routine with an empowering and refreshing yoga practice. Pose variations will be offered making this class suitable for any level of experience.
SPRINT™ | 30 minutes
Built on the science of high intensity interval training (HIIT), LesMills SPRINT is a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimal joint impact.
TONE™ | 45 minutes
The optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training, LES MILLS TONE is a complete workout in 45 minutes. The challenging mix of lunges, squats, functional training and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. Also a great foundational class, LES MILLS TONE has a wide variety of options accommodating all fitness levels ensuring everyone leaves the workout feeling successful.

Weekend Warrior rotates between class type and instructors. Check the app for the week’s class and to sign-up!
