Provider Ghosting: it’s real.

Ghosting your healthcare providers, it happens more than you think.

We know why you do it, and we are here to tell it to you straight.

When you ask your kids if they stole a cookie… chances are they will tell you no. Who wants to get in trouble? Who wants to feel ashamed or guilty? Umm, no one. But here’s the thing – the scenario playing out in your head is not what is going to happen at your appointment. (And if it is, you definitely should find a different facility.)

Sure, we might need to show you some tough love, or talk about things that aren’t always fun, but they are REAL. And without real, you don’t get real results.

Think about it. If you told us all the things you thought we wanted to hear when you came into an appointment, what help would we be to you? Zip. Zero. Zulch.

We especially want you to come in on those hard days, weeks, or times. We want to give you the tools to help, be an educated ear and support system. Choosing to get healthy can mean a lot of different things. It does not, however, mean feeling ashamed or guilty. If you do, find a new program.

The hardest thing to do is ask for help during our hard situation. That way we don’t have to remember our emotions, the small details, or any other key factor we could help identify.  We can get results a lot sooner and without feeling alone.

If you had a bad week because life got crazy (we all know this happens more often than we like) and you don’t have time to come in….

Our program offers virtual calls/meetings as well. It’s convenient, but also still holding our Proximal Priority peeps accountable as they go through the program. (You could be driving, sick at home, checking in while you are at the lake..)

Takeaway: Come in during your bad day/week. Ask for help when you need it. *That very second*, if possible.
