P50 Running Programs.
Customized Training Plans
A 12 week training plan based on your goals, your schedule, and your runner type – yeah, that’s a thing! So many training plans are a one-size-fits most kinda thing. But your preferences (like do you want to do speed work) and your schedule (how many days can you realistically go for a run) all matter. A comprehensive initial intake will help Coach Kim determine what plan is best for you.
On-going coaching & accountability will help you stay on track. Adjustments to a training plan are common, but knowing when & what do is the trick 😉
For beginner to advanced runners & from 5K’s to marathons – everyone can benefit from their OWN training plan.
Cost: $99
Optional add-ons
Personal Training – 3 sessions | $90
Sports Nutrition – 3 sessions | $90

Kim Feiring
A native of Bismarck, Kim graduated from the University of Mary with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. An avid runner and sports enthusiast, Kim has always enjoyed being active. She’s a former soccer player, but hockey is Kim’s favorite sport to watch – go UND! She also likes to read and research new fitness methods and techniques to incorporate into both her clients’ and her own workouts. As much as she loves running, Kim also likes strength training and appreciates the results she sees when she adds lifting to her workout routine.
Running Assessments
Running shouldn’t hurt and most people can run – they just need better technique and form! Whether you’ve been running a long time or want to get into running, you can benefit from a running assessment.
If you’ve been running for a long time and find yourself consistently dealing with knee pain, hip pain, foot pain (really any pain); or are sidelined with injuries (like having to take weeks off) each year – it’s time for a running assessment.
If you’ve tried running before or want to start running but it’s never felt good or hurt you knees/feet/hips – it’s time for a running assessment.
Assessments include a video analysis, technique review, and take-home strength & stretching exercises.
Cost: $75
Assessment + two follow-ups | $175
Follow-ups include further work on running technique and strength training to address any pain muscle imbalances or technique adjustments.

Tana Trotter, PT, DPT
Tana grew up in Killdeer where she fell in love with exercise through sports and entrepreneurship through watching her dad grow his own business. She took these two passions with her to Bismarck where she attended the University of Mary. After receiving a Bachelor’s  in Exercise Science, Tana completed her doctorate in Physical Therapy. While in school, Tana worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor in the community. As she completed her clinicals for physical therapy, Tana saw the potential to combine physical therapy and fitness to use exercise as medicine – add in her love for entrepreneurship and you have the start to Proximal50!
